A £100 booking and key deposit is required to secure any booking with the rental fee payable six weeks prior to arrival. The keys will be posted to you two weeks prior to your arrival. The £100 deposit will be returned to you on return of the keys and subject to the apartment being left in good condition. The apartment is cleaned and supplied with fresh bed linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) prior to your arrival. For stays longer than one week we can arrange for the apartment to be cleaned mid-stay for a fee of £30. Check-in time after 4.00pm, and the apartment must be vacated by 11am on departure date, unless otherwise agreed.
